Because digital goods can be copied and retained immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

  • Accidental purchase
  • Printer compatibility or setup issues
  • Difficulty assembling or post-processing
  • Change of mind or design preference

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed the product images and description;
  • You understand you are buying a digital file, not a physical item;
  • You waive the right to a refund as allowed by U.S. and international digital commerce standards.
