TERMS OF SERVICE – GMOD by MegaMadeIt

GMOD (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by P Ghim and is accessible at https://megamadeit.com. By purchasing or downloading any digital product from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. LICENSE GRANT
   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use our 3D model files for personal, non-commercial, prop, cosplay, or display purposes only. You may print the model for yourself or as a gift, but you may not sell prints, mass-produce, or redistribute the digital files.
2. PROHIBITED USES
   You agree NOT to:

• Modify or combine our models to create functional firearms, weapons, or devices that could cause harm;
• Use the files for any commercial purpose (including selling printed copies);
• Share, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute the digital files;
• Use the models in violation of any local, state, federal, or international laws (including laws regarding replica firearms).

1. NO REFUNDS
   All sales are final. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, as permitted under U.S. and international digital goods regulations.
2. “AS IS” DISCLAIMER
   All files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Printing success depends on your equipment, materials, and skills — you assume all risk.
3. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
   You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of GMOD files complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction — especially those governing prop weapons, replicas, or 3D-printed items. Do not download or print if prohibited by law.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All designs, files, and content on this site are original works owned by P Ghim (GMOD). Unauthorized copying, resale, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. CHANGES TO TERMS
   We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6. GOVERNING LAW
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.
